Giesler Law Firm Overview

In over 40 plus years of legal practice I have developed expertise in many areas of law. My transactional experience is broad including among other practice areas, litigation, formation of business entities, general business law, business transactions, executive relations, common labor matters, development of business strategies and plans, and raising capital. I have been involved in all facets of real estate law and property development projects. I am one of a few lawyers who have actually done a successful real estate development from property acquisition to lease up and operation. I have also, hand in hand with owners and senior executives, developed business entities from nothing to valuable enterprises. There is little in the real property and business worlds that I have not done.

Of course I also work with individual clients to build and protect wealth to include estate planning, liability protection and investment analysis and implementation.

I was a former Assistant United States Attorney, business litigator and white collar crime defense lawyer, and have developed effective litigation skills to help clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation and/or just plain negotiation as necessary.
